Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I’d like to say the receptionist, West is her name, was one of the biggest assets for this place. She was always kind and smiling when I came through the front door, and was particularly patient and helpful with a luggage issue I had. She is a huge asset to Hilton. I travel a lot and frankly, I wish more hotel staff were like her.

You don’t have to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hairdryer the whole hotel has it all

The breakfast bar was great and staff was very friendly.

Colton at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful. The room was simple, but clean and beds were comfortable. There was no coffee pot, but it was not necessary with coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bagels, fruit, yogurt and such. Plenty of choices to get your day started. There was also a small refrigerator in the room, but watch the setting, our salad froze. We were there for a conference so it met our needs and was super convenient to the Curtis Culwell Convention Center, right across the street. Walmart was a short walk and restaurants nearby.
